type a name for partition if you want and make sure that perform a quick format is check marked and click on next select a letter for drive, or leave the letter chosen by system by default and click on next If you want to use the whole amount you shrank, just leave the amount shown
type the amount in MB of the new partition you want to create. select create a new simple volume and click on next to create a new partition, click on unallocated space and right click on it once process is finished, it should leave a partition with unallocated space enter and amount of space to shrink or use the default amount shown and then select shrink right click on it and select shrink volume in left hand side menu, click on disk management
